By accessing or using the consumer quoting services provided by Insurance Pro Agencies, Inc. ("IPA," "we," "our," or "us") on insuranceproagencies.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
IPA operates as an independent insurance agency that connects consumers with insurance carriers and carrier partners for the purpose of obtaining insurance quotes. Our consumer-facing pages provide educational content and facilitate introductions to our licensed carrier partners for both personal and commercial lines of insurance.
IPA is not an insurer. We do not bind coverage, issue policies, or determine premiums. All quoting, binding, and policy issuance is performed by our licensed carrier partners.
By clicking any quote button on our consumer pages, you expressly consent to be contacted by Insurance Pro Agencies, Inc., its affiliated agents, and carrier partners using the contact information you provide during the quoting process. This includes contact via automated telephone calls, prerecorded messages, text messages (SMS), and email.
3.1 Your consent is not a condition of obtaining a quote or purchasing any insurance product. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
3.2 By providing your telephone number and clicking a quote button, you expressly agree that IPA and its carrier partners may contact you at the number provided for purposes related to your insurance quote request, including follow-up communications regarding coverage options. You understand that telephone calls may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes.
When you initiate a quote through our platform, your information is transmitted to our carrier partners who will use it to generate quotes and potentially contact you. Please review the privacy policies of our carrier partners for information on their data practices.
4.1 IPA logs consent records at the time of your click, including your IP address, the page URL, the exact consent text displayed, and a timestamp. These records are maintained for legal compliance purposes.
4.2 IPA does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Information is shared only with our carrier partners as described in Section 2 for the purpose of generating and servicing your insurance quote. You may request deletion of your consent records by contacting us at support@insuranceproagencies.com.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Insurance quotes are estimates only and are subject to change based on underwriting review. IPA does not guarantee the accuracy of quotes generated by carrier partners.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IPA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on insurance quotes provided through our platform.
IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL AND CLASS ACTION RIGHTS
EXCEPT FOR DISPUTES INVOLVING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS THAT MAY NOT BE ARBITRATED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF IPA'S SERVICES SHALL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION (AAA) UNDER ITS CONSUMER ARBITRATION RULES, RATHER THAN IN COURT. YOU AND IPA EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitration will be conducted in Cook County, Illinois or remotely at your election. This arbitration agreement survives termination of your relationship with us.
8.1 To initiate arbitration, you must send a written notice to Insurance Pro Agencies, Inc., 1021 W. Adams St, Suite 200 PMB 1022, Chicago, IL 60607. The AAA's Consumer Arbitration Rules are available at adr.org. Filing fees are governed by those rules; IPA will pay arbitration costs to the extent required by applicable law.
8.2 Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies, so long as it is not removed or appealed to a court of general jurisdiction.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Subject to the arbitration agreement in Section 8, any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the federal or state courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
IPA reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the version date above. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
