IPA operates as an independent insurance agency that connects consumers with insurance carriers and carrier partners for the purpose of obtaining insurance quotes. Our consumer-facing pages provide educational content and facilitate introductions to our carrier partners, including VIU by Hub (personal lines) and NEXT Insurance via ERGO Next (commercial lines).
IPA is not an insurer. We do not bind coverage, issue policies, or determine premiums. All quoting, binding, and policy issuance is performed by our licensed carrier partners.
By clicking any quote button on our consumer pages, you expressly consent to be contacted by Insurance Pro Agencies, LLC, Insurance Pro Agencies, Inc., and their affiliated agents and carrier partners using the contact information you provide during the quoting process. This includes contact via automated telephone calls, prerecorded messages, text messages (SMS), and email.

When you initiate a quote through our platform, your information is transmitted to our carrier partners who will use it to generate quotes and potentially contact you. Please review the privacy policies of our carrier partners for information on their data practices.
4.1 IPA logs consent records at the time of your click, including your IP address, the page URL, the exact consent text displayed, and a timestamp. These records are maintained for legal compliance purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IPA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on insurance quotes provided through our platform.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
IPA reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the version date above. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
