Insurance Pro Agencies (“IPA”) is an insurance agency network that provides:

- Insurance quote request services that connect you with licensed insurance carriers and quoting partners.
- Agency network services for licensed insurance professionals.
IPA is not an insurance carrier. We facilitate connections between consumers and insurance providers. All insurance policies are underwritten by licensed insurance carriers, not by IPA.
3. Quote Request Services
When you submit a quote request through our Site:
- You will receive an SMS message with a link to complete your quote through our quoting partner, VIU by Hub International.
- Quotes are provided by third-party insurance carriers through VIU's platform. IPA does not guarantee any specific rates, coverage options, or availability.
- All quotes are subject to carrier underwriting review and may change based on additional information.
- You are not obligated to purchase any policy.
4. SMS Terms & Conditions
By submitting your phone number through a form on our Site, you agree to the following SMS terms:
- Consent: You consent to receive SMS messages from Insurance Pro Agencies at the phone number you provide.
- Message Content: Messages will contain your personalized insurance quote link, follow-up information about your quote request, and related insurance information.
- Message Frequency: You may receive up to 5 messages related to your quote request. We do not send ongoing marketing messages without separate consent.
- Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
- Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent.

- Carriers: SMS services are supported on all major US wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others.
- Consent Not Required: Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any insurance product or service.

By submitting a quote request, you consent to receive phone calls from Insurance Pro Agencies and our quoting partners regarding your insurance needs. Calls may utilize:
- Live agents from IPA or our partner agencies.
- Licensed insurance agents from VIU by Hub International.
- Automated systems or artificial intelligence (AI) for initial qualification, routing, or information gathering.
You may opt out of phone calls at any time by informing the caller, replying STOP to any SMS, or contacting us directly.
6. Third-Party Services
Our Site contains links to third-party websites and services, including but not limited to our quoting partner VIU by Hub International. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Insurance Pro Agencies or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
