Every IPA referral partner receives a unique, trackable referral link during onboarding. This link is the primary mechanism for attributing digital referrals — clients who click the link and complete a policy through IPA are automatically credited to the referring partner. The link can be shared via text, email, social media, or embedded in websites and email signatures.
Policy Attribution
IPA tracks referrals through the complete placement cycle. A client who clicks your link, takes two weeks to shop, and ultimately binds a policy with IPA is still attributed to you — not lost in the attribution gap. IPA's attribution window accounts for the natural research timeline of insurance buyers.
Monthly Earnings Summaries
Every month, partners receive a clear breakdown of referral activity: referrals initiated, policies placed, referral compensation earned from new placements, and renewal credits from prior referrals. The summary distinguishes between active referral income (new placements) and passive renewal income, so partners can see how their book is growing over time.
Payment Processing
IPA processes referral compensation payments monthly via ACH. Payment typically arrives within 5 business days of the monthly statement. There are no payment minimums — even partners with a single placed policy in a month receive their earned fee that month.
